Job summary

AeroVect in Vancouver is seeking a Senior UX Designer to define the design vision for our Autonomous Ground Support Equipment service. You will establish the design system, patterns, and component library that scale across fleet operations and customer-facing tools.

You will own end-to-end design from discovery to high-fidelity execution in a fast-paced startup environment. Collaborate with product and engineering to translate complex autonomy concepts into interfaces that support

Qualifications

• BFA, BS, or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product design experience owning complex, multi-surface products end-to-end.
• Demonstrated experience designing operator-facing or operations tooling with high information density.

Responsibilities

• Own the design vision and standards for the AGSE Service.
• Lead hands-on design for Fleet Operations products from discovery to high-fidelity execution.
• Shape airline and airport-facing surfaces including dashboards, reporting, and SLA visibility.
