Job description

Reporting to the Manager, Oncology and Compounding Services, and closely working with the Manager of Pharmacy Operations and Medication Distribution, as well as the Lead Technician, Oncology, the Lead Technician, Pharmacy Compounding is responsible for :

• Educating, training, supervising, and enforcing NAPRA standards for non-sterile and sterile hazardous and non-hazardous compounding at the Main Pharmacy site and the Oncology Pharmacy.
• Ensuring technicians performing compounding work within their full scope of license.
• Developing and implementing a training program for tech-check-tech procedures and ongoing certification.
