Lead the service and installation division of an established overhead doors company (full-service), overseeing daily operations and scheduling of materials, jobs, and labour.

Key responsibilities include performance management of the division and technicians, and acting as the primary contact for customers, sales, and service.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in the service/sales of a door installation company, preferably overhead doors (2+ years of lead experience)
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for servicing to a high degree
• Comfortable with sales-based conversations and targets
• Proficient with computer systems

Pay and Benefits
