Reporting to the Emergency Services Manager & Production Manager, the Lead Technician will be responsible for managing and conducting various general cleaning and mitigation/restoration services at assigned residential and commercial client sites. This will include providing direction and support to the assigned Crew Helpers and Technicians.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a full-time experienced Lead Technician who will be responsible for all aspects of mitigating losses and returning affected properties to pre-loss condition.

Characteristic and Ability Requirements
Educational Requirements
Education Required: High School Diploma.
Other Education/Certification/Training preferred: IICRC Certifications are considered an asset.
Work Experience Requirements
Work experience required: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in cleaning services/restoration services.
Job-related experience required: Two (2) years in a supervisory capacity is preferred.
Technical Requirements
Equipment: Vacuum cleaners, dust-aids, portable cleaning equipment, tools.
Software: n/a.
Other: n/a.
Additional Requirements: Possess a valid Class G Ontario Drivers license with no restrictions. Able to operate a company-owned vehicle. Willing to take part in on-call rotating schedule. Able to work after hours and on Holidays when necessary. Able to respond/mobilize to remote locations if necessary during catastrophe events. Willing to submit personal information for a criminal background check.
You must have at a minimum IICRC WRT certification.
Physical Requirements
This position requires a high level of physical exertion. Moderate intensity of sensory effort is required.

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour.
