Position Overview:
Are you energized by turning strategy into action and making meaningful impact across an organization? Canada Goose is looking for a Lead, Strategy Execution (Central) to drive the execution of our most critical corporate priorities, with a focus on Product and Marketing.
In this role, you'll connect strategy to delivery, partnering with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to keep priorities aligned, initiatives moving, and results on track. You’ll bring clarity to complexity, champion collaboration, and create momentum through accountability and purpose.
Lead the day-to-day execution of Canada Goose’s Central corporate strategy, ensuring alignment with Product and Marketing objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to translate high-level strategy into clear, actionable plans
Track progress and hold teams accountable, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met on time and with impact
Proactively problem-solve, bringing creative, data-informed solutions that help move initiatives forward with pace
Monitor and report on progress, sharing candid updates on key metrics, risks, and opportunities with senior leadership
Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency, encouraging a consumer-centric mindset across teams
7–10 years of experience in strategy development and execution, business management, or transformational change — ideally with a background in management consulting or corporate strategy
Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives with high visibility and impact
A strong sense of accountability, curiosity, and adaptability — you thrive in dynamic environments and embrace change
A data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to analyze trends, measure progress, and course-correct as needed
A bias for action — you move fast, prioritize effectively, and embrace experimentation (including with emerging tools like AI)
Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear and compelling messages
