What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop software applications by understanding user needs, writing well-designed code, and conducting testing through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share information, conduct code reviews, and partner with business stakeholders
- Contribute to Agile software development processes including design, programming, testing, and quality assurance
- Lead the development team through all phases of the software development lifecycle while mentoring technical team members
- Provide technical leadership and direction for new product development, ensuring performance, security, and reliability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading cross-functional software development teams and proven track record in software development
- Strong experience with modern UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.), TypeScript, Node.js, and Python
- Familiarity with AI technologies and concepts like prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field
- Knowledge of SCRUM Agile methodology and understanding of CI/CD pipelines
