You Will:
Lead technical decisions, defining architecture standards and best practices for Android development.
Mentor and guide team members, promoting skill growth and enhancing overall team performance.
Drive significant codebase improvements, including orchestrating legacy code migration from Java to Kotlin.
Own technical documentation, maintain code quality through rigorous reviews, and promote a culture of automated testing.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize feature delivery and ensure alignment with product and design goals.
Proactively identify bottlenecks, implement innovative solutions, and refine workflows for maximum efficiency.
Must Have’s:
5+ years of professional Android development experience with 2+ years of demonstrated leadership and/or mentoring responsibilities.
Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Extensive experience with Dependency Injection (Dagger/Hilt), Coroutines, RESTful APIs, and integration with backend services.
Strong background in establishing and maintaining CI/CD processes and efficient GitFlow.
Proven experience in performance optimization, debugging complex issues, and advocating for technical excellence.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for continuous learning and mentoring.
Nice to Have’s:
Experience with legacy Android technologies.

Compensation Range of
Annual Salary: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
