Responsibilities

1. Engage in and support architectural decisions.
2. Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems.
3. Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
4. Collaborate with product owners to define, design, and ship new features.
5. Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure performance.
6. Support and mentor junior team members.

Experience/Qualifications

1. Minimum 5+ years of experience as a software developer.
2. Strong knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a small team.
5. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
