YOUR IMPACT

OpenText Cloud Services seeks a Cloud Systems Administrator to oversee IT governance for public cloud environments, manage OpenText's commercial and lab/SIT environments, and support AD/IAM services. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in fast-paced environments and a willingness to embrace new challenges.

What The Role Offers

What You Need To Succeed

  • 5+ years managing operational cloud projects.
  • Experience supporting high-traffic environments and collaborating with development and architecture teams.
  • Knowledge in capacity planning, auto-scaling, CloudTrail, and logging.
  • Proficiency with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, Terraform, and related technologies.
  • Some scripting in Python, YAML, JSON, BASH, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows server deployment and support.
  • Ability to troubleshoot IAM access issues and monitor/report on security.
