Job Summary

Take and deliver food/drink orders, creating an enjoyable dining experience and maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact for work-related requests to management.
• Train and acclimate new associates to company and client culture, and operations.
• Understand all menu items and ingredients thoroughly.
• Address and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
• Assist in employee selection, orientation, and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
