Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering program goals, objectives, and operational activities of the ALC support team.
  • Providing strategic input on projects, system design, implementations, operations, and staff supervision.
  • Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative ALC data for new/existing initiatives.
  • Analyzing business processes, identifying improvements, and collaborating on healthcare solutions.
  • Leading high-profile projects and stakeholder engagement, representing the provincial view.
  • Developing reporting tools, metrics, and data analysis for senior leadership.
  • Managing staff and project deliverables.
  • Performing special projects and cross-disciplinary duties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health or business field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably in healthcare or information management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare datasets and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate ambiguity.

Location: Ontario (hybrid; subject to change)
