Job summary

Hydro One is seeking a skilled IT applications lead to drive development and sustainment of SAP-based solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will oversee design, coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring alignment with SLAs and backlog priorities for SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and BTP.

You will collaborate with architects and stakeholders to implement secure integrations, modern DevOps controls, and reliable release management.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and sustaining SAP Fiori/SAP BTP-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of SAPUI5, Fiori elements, and SAP Build capabilities.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and MVC patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and sustainment of IT applications based on SLAs.
• Design, inspect, and implement code; manage backlog with the Pod team.
• Ensure code quality, apply clean-core extensions, CI/CD, and release controls.
