Infosys is seeking Lead Consultant– SAP CX / C4C

As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary/ Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs with experience of CRM / Customer Service Management modules, SAP C4C.
  • Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries North America.
  • Core skills in key process and architectural knowledge in customer service for utilities - Move in Move out, Contract accounts, fundamental knowledge of other key ISU processes of S/4 ISU.
  • Experience in SAP CRM ISU or S/4 ISU – Customer Service / Customer Engagement module.
  • Experience in BRF+.
  • Experience of at least 1 end-to-end lifecycle implementation activity including:
    • Requirement gathering
    • Business process design
    • SAP configuration
    • RICEFW Functional design
    • Systems and Integration Testing
    • Resolving production issues
  • Strong client-facing experience, great communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced Excel-based data analysis of SAP ISU data.
  • Project experience with SAP C4C Utilities is preferred.
  • Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinate work delivery between onsite and offshore.
  • Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required on an ad hoc basis (depends on current situation) as per job requirements.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the specified locations will be:

  • Ontario: $92,701 to $107,185
