Role Description

Position: Lead Sales Executive

Location: Flexible/Remote (Preference for candidates in Canada or the U.S.)

Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Sales Executive to join our team. This role is crucial to expanding our reach and driving revenue growth by selling our high-quality lead data to businesses that target new and expecting parents. You will work with potential buyers such as realtors, mortgage brokers, insurance companies, baby product manufacturers, and other industries that can benefit from our data services.

As the Lead Sales Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and execute strategic sales plans. You’ll also analyze market trends, deliver performance reports, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies. Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by contacting and building relationships with potential buyers in industries such as real estate, insurance, healthcare, and retail.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they understand the value of our lead data and how it can increase their revenue.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each industry, focusing on meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends to understand the needs of different industries and identify potential growth areas.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare detailed sales performance reports, including metrics on lead conversion, revenue growth, and client retention.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and data analytics teams to optimize lead generation and improve client offerings.
  • Presentations and Pitches: Deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of partnering with My Bella Baby for lead generation.
Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong ability to sell data and lead services into industries such as real estate, insurance, and retail.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, including cold-calling, networking, and account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct professional, persuasive presentations.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales platforms to manage client pipelines and sales processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key sales metrics.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid or remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with data analytics, email marketing, social media marketing, or search engine marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in selling to industries that serve new and expecting parents.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Compensation

This is a contract-based position with competitive commission-based earnings and residual income potential. For each contract you acquire, you will earn ongoing monthly residual income on all leads sold.

Earning Potential:

  • With consistent effort, you can earn anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000+ per month, depending on the number of contracts secured.
  • The more contracts you secure, the greater your monthly residual income will grow, offering unlimited earning potential.
