Location: Oakville, ON (Must reside within 30 minutes of the studio)
Compensation: $20$22 per hour + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing
  • Make 50+ outbound calls daily to connect with leads and convert interest into memberships.

  • Drive sales through phone, email, and in-person consultationsturning prospects into loyal members.

  • Manage the entire sales funnelfrom lead tracking and follow-ups to closing deals.

  • Be the welcoming face of the studio, delivering top-notch service to every visitor.

  • Support daily operations such as scheduling, check-ins, and maintaining a polished front desk environment.
