Northern Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for our SaferCare Implementation. The role involves providing leadership, coordination, and support for the successful rollout of SaferCare initiatives across our facilities.
The Lead, SaferCare Implementation, provides leadership, expertise, education, facilitation, and coaching to support the development, implementation, and operational support of SaferCare initiatives across Northern Health. The Lead collaborates with facility implementation leads, site champions, and the SaferCare implementation team to resolve issues as they arise, serving as the principal contact for the implementation team and facility leads. The goal is to enable the expected outcomes of SaferCare during each phase of implementation across the region.
The Lead coordinates and facilitates communication between implementation resources, providing operational support and project expertise throughout each implementation, including the stabilization phase. The role ensures each SaferCare initiative has the necessary support and resources for an effective transition, working closely with the project manager and clinical, medical, and IMIT co-leads to monitor outcomes and ensure efficiency.
Starting salary ranges from approximately $88,990 to $111,237, based on education, training, experience, and comparable positions.
