Ideal-Child-Services-Group-1 seeks a Lead RECE for our Baycrest Child Care location (Infant Room) in Toronto. This permanent, full-time role requires ECE credentials, registration in good standing, and compliance with health and safety requirements.

Formación

• Warm and energetic individual with experience with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschool age groups.
• Proactive, organized, and reliable with a professional demeanor.
• Punctual and flexible to schedule changes.
• Communicates effectively with children, staff, parents, and governing agencies.
• Understanding of CCEYA/AQI/TPH/ICSG policies and site requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the infant/toddler/preschool room in accordance with ECE standards.
• Plan and implement an Early Childhood Program as required by authorities.
• Maintain room control using positive behaviour strategies.
• Collaborate with staff and parents; ensure compliance with policies.
