WHO WE NEED
The Lead Promotions Ambassador serves as a ROM ambassador, interfacing with the public and delivering content both onsite and offsite. This role actively promotes and engages potential visitors with ROM’s collections and special exhibitions, encouraging visitation and membership. The Lead Promotions Ambassador delivers guided experiences to Promotions, Tourism, and Group Sales clients and ROM Members, providing a welcoming experience for visitors of all ages. Additionally, this role supervises other Promotions Ambassadors to ensure successful execution and a positive experience for the audience.

*Including mandatory evening availability and weekend mornings/afternoons.
