Job summary

Invinity Energy Systems in Vancouver is seeking a Project Manager to lead utility-scale and commercial energy storage projects from award to commissioning. You will act as the primary contact for customers, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery on schedule, budget, and contractual commitments.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in project management, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication. A relevant degree and PMP/PRINCE2 are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience delivering complex technical, industrial, infrastructure, energy, or construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to identify risks, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer interface throughout the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Lead project execution from initiation to close.
• Ensure contractual obligations, customer requirements, and project objectives are clearly understood and achieved.
• Manage customer expectations while maintaining alignment with company objectives and contractual commitments.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and monitor milestones and critical paths.
• Identify, assess and elevate project risks throughout the execution lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver accurate project status reports highlighting schedule progress and budget performance.
