Job Description
- Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and close-out.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Support procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and communication among project participants.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Project Coordinator should have:
- Experience in project coordination within the construction general contracting industry, specifically light industrial new builds.
- A strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- A diploma or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
