  • Be the voice of Riders, analyzing user feedback, customer research and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to implement new features.

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success.

  • Identify opportunities to use AI to create simpler, more personalized, and more effective rider experiences.

  • Use AI tools as part of your day-to-day product development process to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, and execution.

About You:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management within a big tech or startup environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

  • Strong AI fluency and hands‑on experience using modern AI tools to improve how you build products. Experience building AI‑powered consumer products or experiences is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • We are a remote first company! We welcome applications from anywhere in the US or Canada.

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience in mobile app development and UX/UI design.

  • Experience building AI-powered products, features, or workflows with tools like Claude.

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

  • Prior experience and comfort in a fast‑paced, scaling dynamic environment.
