Position Overview

RTAI is seeking to hire a talented individual as a Senior Analyst / Product Manager on our Product Team. This individual will play a critical role in bridging complex client needs with RTAI capabilities and executing large scale product development and implementation projects.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in management consulting with deep expertise in modelling/academic research and experience working in the financial services industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take on a highly impactful role in helping to build a start-up as it embarks upon innovating cutting edge products to serve the world’s largest financial institutions.

Position Responsibilities

• Drive growth by supporting large and complex financial services institutions with strategy, technical innovation, product development, and implementation related to RTAI products
• Lead research and development projects, with the support of RTAI climate scientists, data scientists, and financial engineers, to push the boundaries of climate financial risk measurement
• Execute project management of large-scale engagements; establish well-defined scopes of work and timelines, facilitate client communications, and lead RTAI in delivering top quality product within project timelines
• Help to grow RTAI product by progressing the methodology and identifying opportunities to enhance our data through client partnerships
• Deeply understand global financial services institutions, including their products, services, workflow, regulatory environment, and operations
• Develop expertise in climate science, financial engineering, and risk management
• Mentor RTAI product managers, data scientists, and engineers and help to create a very positive work environment

Technical Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in increasingly senior roles at a global management consulting firm
• Deep expertise in modelling and/or academic research and, at a minimum, general knowledge of finance and economics
• Experience working in the financial services industry
• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an academically rigorous program
