A Lead Product Designer for our Developer Tooling team, focusing on enhancing the developer experience, especially our documentation platform used globally by thousands. This role is vital for showcasing USDC capabilities and supporting developer adoption and integration.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Designing experiences that demonstrate USDC’s capabilities, improving developer resources, and streamlining integration processes.
• Innovating platform design and exploring new user-centric solutions to boost engagement and reduce time-to-value.
• Collaborating with engineering, product, technical writers, and developer relations to meet developer needs in a rapidly evolving blockchain landscape.
• Updating and improving documentation and interactive content based on community feedback and product updates.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years in UX or product design, with end-to-end ownership of multiple products or features.
• Experience designing for SaaS platforms, especially developer documentation, APIs, and technical tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and design process, including technical documentation experience.
• Experience with UX research, analytics tools like Datadog, and iterative design processes.
• Ability to connect different product areas to solve complex workflows.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with the web3 ecosystem.
• Knowledge of API documentation standards like Swagger, OpenAPI, GraphQL.
• Experience with design systems.
