• Lead and develop department staff to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
• Deliver exceptional product knowledge and merchandise to meet promotions and seasonal trends.
• Manage department budget, forecast sales, analyze variance, and control labour costs.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance in all policies.
• Provide training and development opportunities and performance management.
• Maintain department equipment, hygiene, and a safe work environment.
