Nature's Fare Markets in West Kelowna is seeking a Produce Department Manager to oversee the appearance, efficiency, and profitability of the Produce department. You will lead a team, ensure a clean, well-stocked department, and work with Corporate Purchasing to secure deals and optimize inventory.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, a passion for organic produce, and outstanding customer service. Evening and weekend availability are required in this fast-paced retail environment.

• Maintain department cleanliness, shelves stocked and faced at all times.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels through smart purchasing and reports.
• Maintain vendor familiarity and balance established products with new trends.
• Coordinate with Corporate Purchasing and other stores on events and promotions.
• Monitor sales and employ tactics to increase department performance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager on staffing and schedules.
• Demonstrate leadership through delegation and coaching.
