Job summary

Strescon Limited, part of the OSCO Construction Group, is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Saint John, NB precast concrete plant. You will lead daily production activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time manufacturing, and coordinate with engineering and quality control to meet project requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a two-year Civil Engineering Technician diploma or equivalent, has proven experience supervising manufacturing or precast operations, and demonstrates strong

Qualifications

• Two‑year civil engineering or related diploma/degree required.
• Experience supervising precast/construction operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the precast plant.
• Ensure output and product quality; review with Plant Superintendent.
• Allocate, lead, train, coach, and support production employees.
• Enforce safety policies and promote safety culture.
• Investigate production issues; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to meet specifications.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, overtime.
• Additional duties as assigned.
