Job summary

Wealthsimple Inc. is seeking a senior product leader to define the vision and strategy for attracting and serving high-net-worth clients.

You will own the roadmap, coordinate planning, development, launch, and iteration of a transformative Tiers program, and build personalized experiences to consolidate clients’ financial lives. Qualifications

• Years of shipping products people actually love. You’ve owned a product (or a big chunk of one) and led cross-functional projects.
• Bias to ship: ship, learn, and iterate with clients.
• Ability to discuss architecture and tradeoffs with engineers and learn what you don’t know yet.
• Belief in financial inclusion and building access to financial freedom.
• Bonus: Experience building products from 0 to 1 over multiple years.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for Wealthsimple's high-net-worth segment and own the roadmap.
• Lead planning, development, launch, and iteration of the Tiers program.
• Build personalized experiences to encourage consolidation of clients' financial lives.
• Navigate end-to-end funding and consolidation funnel from first session to fully consolidated relationships.
• Support cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Client Experience, Legal and Compliance and others.
• Elevate Product Management practice and contribute to an inclusive team culture.
