Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of the technical staff under their responsibility and ensure distribution of tasks.
• Continuously improve customer service.
• Ensure proper operational functioning of the laboratory.
• With the management team, perform tasks such as hiring, performance appraisals or team schedules.
• Oversee training of the people under their responsibility.
