Job summary

Innomar Strategies Inc. seeks a seasoned pharmacist to lead complex clinical pharmacy practice, perform advanced pharmacotherapy reviews, and support therapy management with limited supervision.

You will collaborate with prescribers and clinical teams to optimize medications and ensure continuity of care, while developing and refining procedures and education standards to improve care quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD required.
  • Active pharmacy license in applicable jurisdiction.
  • 6+ years of experience in pharmacy practice.
  • Master's degree or advanced clinical training preferred.
  • Certification in relevant pharmacy specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and delivers complex pharmacy practice assignments including advanced clinical review, therapy management, and patient care support with limited supervision.
  • Applies advanced pharmacotherapy knowledge and clinical reasoning to evaluate complex patient cases, identify drug therapy issues, and recommend optimal therapeutic approaches.
  • Coordinates with prescribers, clinical teams, and pharmacy partners to support medication access, therapy optimization, and continuity of care.
  • Develops and refines clinical pharmacy procedures, protocols, and patient education standards that improve care quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Provides guidance and direction to less experienced pharmacy professionals on clinical pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and patient care standards.
  • Drives improvements to pharmacy workflows, clinical documentation practices, and patient safety controls that strengthen pharmacy service quality.

  • Current pharmacy license in the applicable jurisdiction required.
  • Certification in relevant pharmacy specialty or equivalent preferred.
