WOW 1 DAY PAINTING is hiring Jobsite Managers for a fast-growing company in Markham, Ontario. This full-time role offers $25+ per hour, dependent on experience and skills. You will oversee painting projects, train team members, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional painting experience.
• Valid license with a clean driving record.
• Valid SIN #.
• Exceptional customer service and communication.
• Ability to work well with others and provide training and instruction.
• Ability to work within budgets.
• Positive attitude.
• Ability to work a few Saturdays a year.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site painting projects and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Provide training and instruction to team members as needed.
• Maintain budgets and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to meet scheduling requirements.
