Position Summary

The Lead, Network Services, is responsible for developing, implementing, and adopting new and existing Network Services, technology, processes, and procedures at Northern Health (NH). This includes engagement and alignment with provincial counterparts and service providers. The incumbent manages a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts responsible for the lifecycle management of network services and infrastructure.

Starting salary ranges from approximately $88,990 to $111,237, based on education, training, experience, and comparable positions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science plus 5-7 years of related experience in IT, networking, and telecommunications in a complex enterprise environment, and 2 years of supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate; ITIL Managing Professional preferred.
  • Cisco and Juniper certifications preferred.
  • Valid BC Class 5 Driver's license.
Skills and Abilities

  • Broad knowledge of enterprise networks and ITIL Service Management processes.
  • Experience with Service Management practices, process development, and documentation.
