Placements24 seeks an experienced Lead Motion Graphics Designer to direct a team in East London. You will conceptualize and execute dynamic graphics for broadcast, digital and advertising content, leading the creative process and ensuring top-quality output.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in motion graphics, strong leadership, and mastery of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D. A portfolio showcasing storytelling, animation and typography is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional motion graphics experience.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro and Cinema 4D.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory and storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of high-quality motion graphics for broadcast and digital media.
• Develop concepts and storyboards aligned with project objectives and brand identity.
• Oversee and mentor a team of motion graphics designers with creative direction.
• Collaborate with art directors, producers and clients to deliver exceptional results.
• Ensure motion graphics are technically sound and delivered to specifications.
