Placements24 is seeking a Lead Mobile Application Developer to guide iOS and Android efforts in a fully remote role. You will architect, develop, and launch high-quality mobile apps reaching millions of users, while mentoring a team of engineers and collaborating with product, design, and backend teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of mobile experience, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of native development with cross-platform options.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Proven experience leading mobile development teams and projects.
• Expertise in native iOS development (Swift, Objective-C) and/or native Android development (Kotlin, Java).
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a strong asset.
• Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC, VIPER).
• Familiarity with mobile backend integration, RESTful APIs, and JSON.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of the app store submission process (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
