Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Mining and Industrial Water Treatment Engineer to provide technical leadership in the design and upgrading of water treatment infrastructure for mining and industrial projects. You will work with a multidisciplinary team on meaningful projects, including active site remediation in Canada’s North, collaborating with clients and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

This role can be based out of any AECOM office from British Columbia to Manitoba, offering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• P.Eng within Canada.
• 6+ years of mining and industrial water treatment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to project teams.
• Develop and input for studies, assessments, and detailed designs related to water treatment.
• Prepare design approaches and technical solutions for cost-effective delivery.
• Review project deliverables and perform calculations, drawings, specifications.
