Groupe Paco is seeking a Mechanical Development Project Engineer to lead several projects, guiding engineering choices and coordinating stages from design to commissioning. You will supervise designers and specialists, ensuring technical direction aligns with client needs and production goals, with diverse challenges across products.

The role emphasizes strong mechanical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to analyze complex problems while guiding teams toward optimal solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in mechanical development, design, or technical project management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for several development projects simultaneously.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress with cross-functional teams.
• Define technical directions and validate proposed solutions.
• Perform mechanical analyses and calculations to support decisions.
• Supervise design, prototyping, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Lead projects to improve existing products.
• Participate in development of new products.
• Manage projects to develop new equipment to support production.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, sales, projects, and engineering teams.
