Samuel, Son & Co. is seeking an experienced assembly leader to oversee end-to-end building of complex machines, coordinating both manufactured and purchased components to meet engineering specs.

You will lead cross‑functional teams at client sites, drive installation, testing and commissioning, validate systems, mentor apprentices, and maintain meticulous build records in line with safety and quality standards.

Qualifikationen

• 15 years of custom machine-building experience.
• At least 5 years leading sizeable projects and teams.
• Millwright or MTBI-related Certificate of Qualification required.
• Valid passport and driver’s license; willingness to travel internationally.
• Availability to travel up to 3 weeks.

Aufgaben

• Lead assembly, fitting and integration per drawings and quality standards.
• Perform complex builds requiring precision alignment to meet tolerances.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to machine builders and apprentices.
• Coordinate installation, startup, and commissioning at customer sites.
• Lead machine validation, FAT and SAT activities.
• Maintain build records and documentation per company policies.
