Job summary

Geotab is seeking a Team Lead, Software Development to guide the Marketing web development team responsible for Geotab's global web presence and related platforms. You will establish priorities, coach developers, and oversee delivery of websites, landing pages, and campaign experiences.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Content, Design, Product, Analytics, SEO, Legal and Security to deliver reliable, accessible digital experiences that support brand and demand goals.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience in software development, including production web apps.
• Two+ years of experience leading, coaching or mentoring software developers.
• Strong experience building accessible, high-performance websites and web apps.
• Proficiency with HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, C#/.NET, SQL, Git and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day technical direction and delivery of the Marketing web development team.
• Coach, mentor and develop software developers through feedback and career guidance.
• Own planning and delivery of marketing websites, landing pages, and related web products.
