As Lead, Marketing Operations you will play a key role within our marketing team, responsible for ensuring that our marketing campaigns are executed efficiently, effectively and that all details are appropriately accounted for.
This role seeks an organized, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to manage logistics, track campaign performance, budgets, oversee CRM systems, and support marketing operations. It offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and enhance the execution of marketing programs across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to deliver impactful campaigns and scalable marketing solutions that elevate our brand and drive business success.
Preference to candidates located in the Greater Toronto Area (Ontario, Canada) or surrounding area.
As Lead, Marketing Operations, you will:
Operations Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives to drive organizational objectives
- Oversee budget tracking and communication, resource allocation, and process optimization, ensuring efficient operations within the marketing team
- Ensure marketing operations are strategically aligned with organizational goals and objectives, facilitating seamless execution and impactful results
- Strong communications skills with the ability to work across cross functional teams and ensuring alignment/buy in.
CRM Management:
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems to support marketing initiatives
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure CRM data accuracy and utility
- Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention through CRM insights
Innovation and Process Optimization:
- Identify and implement cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance marketing operations capabilities and reporting accuracy
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes, improve workflows, and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact
Project Management:
- Lead and manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and manage resources effectively
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders regularly
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and oversee the communication of performance metrics and KPIs to track marketing operations success and ROI
- Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments
Campaign Tracking & Reporting:
- Develop and implement comprehensive tracking systems for all marketing campaigns and maintain an overall company marketing calendar is up to date ensuring key inputs from across the business
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights
- Generate detailed reports on campaign metrics and KPIs to assess success and areas for improvement
Logistics & Coordination:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage logistics related to marketing events, ensuring all elements are seamlessly integrated
- Oversee the distribution of marketing materials and resources to relevant stakeholders
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in marketing operations or related roles, within B2B or B2C marketing environments
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation tools an asset
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with team members and executive leaders alike

- Calm and adaptable in fast-paced environments, with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving results
