Responsibilities

Analyze existing Mainframe-to-Salesforce integration flow; identify pain points and propose optimized solutions for streamlined data and process integration
Review, suggest, and implement improvements in current integration interfaces and batch processing
Provide immediate L2/L3 support for mainframe production systems, troubleshooting and resolving integration and application issues
Work on incoming support tickets, prioritize and resolve minor backlog issues
Perform DB2 data updates accurately as part of support and ticket resolution
Collaborate with business analysts and Salesforce teams to ensure seamless data exchange and minimal business disruption
Document all integration changes, support procedures, and issue resolutions
Propose automation where feasible to improve integration and support processes
Follow Client or ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management

Requirements

Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Mainframe technologies: COBOL, DB2, JCL
Demonstrated ability to analyze and enhance complex integration flows between Mainframe and Sales/CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
Proficiency in providing L2/L3 application support within large, business-critical environments
Experience updating and managing data directly within DB2
Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Good documentation and communication skills
Familiarity with ITIL processes a plus

This posting includes a good base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate.
