NeuralRec has partnered with a global technology company to secure a Lead Machine Engineer, specifically working on their Generative AI initiatives. You will be focused on building sustainable AI as they put the customer first and at the heart of development in this exciting greenfield build.

Being a key player in technology for many years, their platform has gathered 100’s of millions of MAUs and curates top-tier content; they are poised to continue to shape AI.

The role combines a mix of engineering and model development (full-stack), where you will engineer cutting-edge NLP research models from the ground up and take them through to deployment.

You also will play a key part in developing their internal LLM platform. To be successful in the role, you’ll be required to work closely with the wider engineering team to develop these state-of-the-art features.

Previous experience in solving complex Deep Learning and NLP problems (or associated fields) end-to-end is a must, with strong classical machine learning knowledge is essential.
