We are seeking an energetic and skilled individual to be part of our System Build team that is responsible for a new generation of high speed, automated manufacturing equipment.

What you will do

• Lead the mechanical build team for new equipment assembly and testing.
• Perform mechanical build of the equipment as well as plan and assign tasks for the team.
• Installation, start up and hand over of equipment on-site.
• Execute preventative maintenance activities to decrease overall downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment to find root cause and suggest long-term countermeasures.
• Maintain digital documentation according to standard operating procedures.
• Travel requirement 25% of the time

What you will bring

• Minimum 5 years related work experience in an Automation/Machinery manufacturing environment.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Able to lead a team of up to 8 individuals
• Ability to perform assemblies within deadlines.
• Ability to travel internationally, at least 25% of the time.
• Good written, verbal and technical communication skills in English.
• Follow industry best practices for a disciplined, safe and organized work environment.
