Job summary

Val Saint-Côme is seeking a Lift Operator and Team Lead to ensure lifts run safely and smoothly on your shift. Responsibilities include opening/closing lifts, loading/unloading users, ticket checks, slope monitoring, and logging reports.

The role requires outdoor work, physical fitness, a valid driver’s license, and leadership during shifts. On-site work with varied schedules including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manual skills and comfortable with outdoor work in cold.
• Valid driver’s license; ATV and snowmobile experience a plus.
• Good physical condition with ability to lift up to 20 kg and stand/walk for long periods.
• Punctual, autonomous, reliable, with leadership and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Open and close lifts and control access.
• Safely load and unload users.
• Support attendants with ticket checks and ensure compliance.
• Participate in slope monitoring.
• Log daily lift inspections and operating reports.
• Act as team lead during the shift.
• Perform additional related tasks.
