Ascend Fundraising Solutions partners with nonprofits and foundations, supporting their fundraising efforts through innovative lottery programming. You'll lead our lifecycle marketing efforts, overseeing our email production team and defining the strategy that drives our strongest Marketing channel. This is a strategic role focused on planning, optimization, and performance analysis, with the ability to execute as needed.

  • Define and manage our email and SMS marketing calendar
  • Set strategic direction for customer segmentation and targeting
  • Design experiments and testing roadmap
  • Develop comprehensive SOPs and documentation for the team
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Oversee email production team and quality assurance processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
  • Manage deliverability and platform health
