The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with management teams to ensure integration of functions to meet goals and identify system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
2. Resolve high-impact problems/projects through evaluation of complex business and system processes, adhering to industry standards.
3. Provide expertise in applications programming, ensuring design aligns with architecture blueprints.
4. Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation based on advanced system flow knowledge.
5. Gain comprehensive understanding of business areas and their integration to achieve business goals.
6. Perform in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
7. Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, assigning work as needed.
8. Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, and managing control issues transparently.

Qualifications:

• Lead J2EE Developer role focusing on web application development and supporting product integrations across various financial instruments.
• Required Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of Java development experience (Core, JDBC, Concurrency, Rest API, SpringBoot, Microservices).
• Strong knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular, Node.js.
• Shell scripting experience.
• SQL experience, preferably with Oracle or DB2.
• Experience with application servers (Apache, Tomcat).
• Familiarity with build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Eclipse, BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with ECS applications, message services (Tibco EMS, Kafka, RabbitMQ), SFTP servers, and MSPKI certificates.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
