Tree Top Staffing LLC in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a Lead IT Supply Chain Analyst to manage warehousing systems strategy, deployment, and ongoing operations. You will work with stakeholders to capture requirements and guide system design, ensuring reliable inventory, shipping, and reporting across the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or information technology fields.
• Experience on a software implementation project is advantageous.
• Experience with enterprise WMS and LMS software is highly advantageous.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Capture business requirements with internal and external customers and translate to system design.
• Lead external contractors in systems project management, implementation and integration.
• Provide strategic and tactical guidance to warehousing leadership on system direction.
• Lead joint project teams through solution shaping of system enhancements.
• Provide core project management across blueprinting, estimation, communication, development, testing, training, and hypercare.
• Be the focal point for project issue identification and resolution.
• Prepare conversion plans with tasks, dependencies, and timelines.

The Lead IT Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for the strategy, deployment, and ongoing management of the Company warehousing systems. The organization operates and maintains a portfolio of warehousing systems responsible for shipping, receiving, traceability, and reporting on all inventory and distribution activities across the company.

Overview:

• This work stream includes working with internal and external customers to capture business requirements and apply these requirements to systems design and implementation
• Leadership of external contractors responsible for systems project management, implementation, and integration
• Provide strategic and tactical guidance to warehousing leadership on the direction and design of warehousing systems
• Lead joint project team through solution shaping of systems enhancement
• Provide core project management over all aspects of systems implementation such as: blueprinting, financial estimation and tracking, communication, development, testing, training, and hypercare support
• Be the focal point for project issue identification and resolution
• Prepare conversion plan identifying all necessary tasks, dependencies, responsible parties, and the timeline for successful implementation

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics or information technology-related field
• Experience in a role on a software implementation project is advantageous
• Experience with enterprise in WMS and LMS software very advantageous
• High standard of communication skills expected, both oral and written
• High standard of proficiency in Microsoft tools Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
