Our expectations
Under the responsibility of the Department Manager, the NRT Integration Software Lead is responsible for managing change requests, coordinating activities with involved teams, and working closely with applicants and department heads to plan and monitor development phases and delivery.

He also designs and develops solutions following established standards and participates in project realization within a matrix structure.

Your role

  • Manage maintenance and evolution requests from planning to production, following tools and methodologies
  • Participate in planning and resource allocation with managers and project teams
  • Coordinate IT and business customer participation in change delivery
  • Coordinate testing and production releases
  • Provide progress reports to involved groups
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate deadlines
  • Design and develop integration solutions per standards
  • Participate in projects and change requests for integrations
  • Produce analyses, estimates, and technical documents
  • Develop and perform tests
  • Assist during deployment and post-implementation follow-up
  • Follow project management standards and train support staff
  • Provide Level 3 support as needed
  • Recommend best practices improvements and mentor team members
The Qualifications We Are Looking For
  • University degree in computer science or equivalent
  • 10 years of analysis and development experience
  • Organized, service-oriented, quality-focused
  • Decision-making and responsible
  • Deep knowledge of development methods and cycles
  • Leadership and teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and learn systems independently
  • Availability for support outside regular hours (rotational team)
  • Practical knowledge of Tibco (BW 5.x, EMS, ADB, BusinessConnect, SmartMapper)
  • Knowledge of JMS, SQL, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, JAVA
  • Proficiency with Oracle and SQLServer databases
  • Knowledge of communication protocols: SFTP, HTTPS, AS2
  • Knowledge of EDI, Linux, and Windows environments
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Office
  • Retail/distribution experience is a plus
