WSP’s Resources subsector, part of our Energy, Resources & Industry business line, supports mining and heavy industrial clients across Canada. Our teams deliver engineering and project execution excellence across the full project lifecycle—from conceptual studies and detailed design to commissioning, optimization, and beyond.
This is your opportunity to shape high-impact infrastructure, drive innovation in automation and process control, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams delivering transformative outcomes across Canada and globally. Based in our Sudbury, Ontario office as a Lead I&C Engineer, you will support as a senior subject matter expert in the instrumentation and controls engineering for both new construction and brownfield mining, metals and other heavy industrial projects, influencing project outcomes from concept through completion. Your work will help our clients operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $135,200 - $179,100
MB & ON: $123,300 - $169,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $122,100 - $162,200
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The wage range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
