Job summary

McCarthy Tétrault is seeking a Manager, Instructional Design to design and deliver national lawyer education programs across the MT Academy curriculum. The role includes coaching faculty, leading AI-enabled learning initiatives, and partnering with internal leaders to align outcomes with the firm’s Professional Journey framework.

The ideal candidate has five years of experience in educational program development for legal professionals and proficiency in Articulate 360, Storyline, and Rise.

Qualifications

LLB or a Bachelor’s degree combined with 5 years’ experience in the development and delivery of educational programs.
Experience designing and delivering professional development programs for legal professionals.
Proficiency in instructional design technology and adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and continuously improve MT Academy education programs across lawyer levels.
Lead AI-enabled learning initiatives and evaluate program effectiveness.
Collaborate with firm leaders and subject matter experts to enhance curriculum.
Oversee end-to-end execution of MT Academy programs and retreats.
