Spring Education Group’s Early Childhood Education Divisionincludes nearly 150 schools offering services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs . Summary:

As an Infant Nursery Supervisor at Merryhill Schools, you will create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and the collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm (Monday through Friday)

Student Age Range: Infants

Pay Range: $24.00 to $25.00 (depending on education and experience)

Culture : Positively influence your peers to work toward and meet the school’s vision of excellence. Provides and maintains quality education programs . Ensures successful implementation of approved curriculum.

Health & Safety: Prioritizes a safe, clean, and attractive learning environment. Maintains compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements as well as all applicable state and federal laws, and internal policies and procedures.

Educate, Inspire, Engage: Our teachers are enthusiastic about developing life-long learners, genuinely care about children, and possess the sensitivity and knowledge to understand a child’s individual needs while fostering an inclusive classroom.

Family Experience: Have a strong desire to work collaboratively with a talented team of diverse educators, administrators, and families. Develop a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for Infants.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be 19 years of age or older.

Must be Infant Nursery Supervisor qualified and hold a current EQIT certification.

Must be able to carry or lift 25 pounds or less (25-50%) often and 25-50 pounds (10-25%) occasionally.

Complies with all company and state-specific standards and maintains validation of required credentials for the position.

Ability to successfully pass state and federal background check.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students.
