We need a global-thinking HR function. We're looking for a Lead HR Generalist to support our AMER region. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our HR function for the future. The senior role will drive regional and global HR initiatives, providing compliant, scalable HR operations, advising on HR issues across the employee lifecycle, and partnering with regional leadership. An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and data interpretation skills are essential.

Location: This role is remote within the AMER region.

The role entails:

  1. Deliver accurate, compliant HR operations promptly.
  2. Collaborate with the Americas HR Manager and Global Head of HR to impact all HR regions.
  3. Manage HR processes such as talent development, succession planning, performance reviews, onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives.
  4. Work with managers on performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, rewards, and workforce planning.
  5. Partner with HRIS team to optimize HR processes.
  6. Coach managers on employee relations issues across countries.
  7. Support training and development programs.
  8. Build trusted regional business partnerships.
  9. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
  10. Design policies and lead global HR projects.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong academic background from high school through university.
  • HR leadership experience in tech across regions.
  • Regional HR experience in Latin America, especially Brazil or Mexico, with labor law knowledge.
  • Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on approach to daily HR routines.
  • Mentoring and team development skills.
  • Project management skills with clear deliverables.
  • Experience working remotely.
  • Ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Self-motivated, organized, confident, results-oriented, open-minded, enthusiastic.
  • Willing to travel up to 4 times annually.

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience with immigration and mobility policies.
  • Payroll and benefits experience.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • HR certifications.
  • Facilitation skills.
